This research is for purpose of developing CAD/CAM kernel library to develop application system easy in shipbuilding industry. To research, we analyze curved surface structure and functions of the commercial kernel, and we proposed appropriate structure and functions of ship hull curved surface part kernel. We implemented ship hull definition programming for Initial ship design use to verify efficiency of the proposed kernel.
