We have reserved a block of rooms at IBIS Hotel which is located in a very convenient and comfortable area in Seoul. We recommend the attendees of VD2005 to stay at IBIS Hotel for many reasons. First of all, it is very easy for you to reach the hotel from airports including Incheon International Airport. The rates for the room and board are very good compared to its quality, safety and convenience. Employees of the hotel are fluent in there English communications.

The room rate per night is 97,000 Korean Won(KRW) during weekdays and 87,000 KRW during weekends for either twin or double type, plus tax. The deadline for the reservation of a room at the hotel is September 18, 2005. After the deadline, the availability and the room rate are guarenteed.

    • To reserve a room at IBIS Hotel, you should download and fill out a room reservation form and return it to us.
    DO NOT RESERVE YOUR ROOM DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL. WE WILL COLLECT ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION AND FOWARD TO THE HOTEL.

  • How to reach to IBIS Hotel

    • 1. From Incheon International Airport

    Please take one of the limousine buses headed for Korea City Air Terminal (KCAT) at the gate #3B or #10B at the airport. The cost for the trip is 12,000 (Approximately US$ 10) Korean Won(KRW) for one way.

    IBIS Hotel is just one block away (a five minute walking distance) from KCAT. For the convenience of guests, IBIS Hotel operates a free shuttle bus service in-between the hotel and KCAT. At KCAT, there are eight regular pick-up services a day to the hotel : 06:30, 07:15, 08:00, 08:40, 09:30, 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30. If you arrive at a different time, please request a pick-up service using IBIS Hotel Hot Line which is available on the information desk at KCAT.

    2. From other areas in Seoul

    The Samseong station of Subway line 2(the green line) is within five minutes walking distance from the hotel. Unless you use a taxi, the subway system is most convenient for you to the hotel from any part of Seoul. We strongly recommend you to use the subway system for the public transportation.
